The app offers device languages in multiple countries, including English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Russian, which can be switched in the app.

What to do if the speakers thickness does not fit the helmet?

If it pinches the ears after trying it on, remove the two original speakers position pads from the helmet and then attach the ASMAX speakers. If the sound is too low or unclear, you can use ear cushions placed in the speakers unit slot to reduce the distance between the ears and the headset, thereby enhancing sound clarity.

What are the precautions for universal pairing?

Universal pairing should be conducted in standby mode, and only one party should enter pairing mode while the other brand using phone pairing mode.

Why is it necessary to perform an OTA upgrade on the device?

After receiving the product, download the ASMAXWORLD App and it is advised to perform an OTA upgrade immediately. We have some optimizations in the firmware and will regularly fix product bugs, such as issues with intercom/compatibility before the update, etc. Updating will bring a better user experience.

What is the difference between group mode and free mode?

Group Mode is a private channel where team intercom requires group mesh connection; Free Mode is an open intercom channel that does not require group mesh connection.When you and your teammates are within the intercom range, just say "Free mode" or press the intercom button in standby mode to join the team and start intercom automatically. Group mode is recommended because it is more stable; Free mode is suitable for making friends.

What to do if the headsets cannot be charged?

Due to battery charging protection settings, the charger must not exceed 15V. It is recommended to contact customer support or disassemble the battery and replace it with a charger that is below 15V.
